Fantastic trainer. Ray truly understands dogs and their owners. He has that so called “6th sense”- made training easy and fun. My dog has no issues with bikes , rolling carts, and strollers due to his guidance in our training sessions and my dog knows how to handle the rare set of stairs in SWFL. When the public comes to me, they’re often at their wits end and ready to relinquish their dog to a shelter. After I calm them down and tell them that Rayfield is on his way, the real magic happens. Ray really knows his stuff! In just 3 sessions so far, my rescue dog Willow’s behavior has improved drastically. She went from aggressively barking at him/ready to attack to being calm around him, taking treats out of his hand, and taking his commands. Willow still has ways to go, but Ray has given me a lot of hope. With proper training, the right tools, working at it every day, and a LOT of patience, it’s possible for any dog to completely transform. Thanks so much, Ray! We rescued 2 puppies from an abusive situation. The male was aggressive and lunged and the female barked constantly at anyone outside our family. After being turned down by other trainers due to their aggressiveness and failing an interview at the boarding facility we use for our senior black lab, they recommended Ray at Align K9. In only 5 sessions, these pups are walking properly on leashes, calmly sitting when Ray visits, eating out of his hand, hopping in and out of the car on command, and walking confidently around our pool. These pups were terrified of these things before training. We are amazed that we can confidently walk them by joggers and kids playing and they sit by our sides! There is still more work to be done, but we’re beyond pleased with their progress! Everyone told us we should consider giving them up. Ray gave us hope.
