Rayfield works very diligently with dogs, and uses his keen doggy sense to actually fix the underlining issues, not just mask them. Excellent advice is given by the bundle. He is a true dog lover and does his best to improve the dog-dog relationship and human-dog relationship. Alpha Dog Academy offered no cost training for the dogs in our rescue. I loved that each dog’s individual traits were identified first and then the group was taught to work together as team. It is so much fun to get training and socialization all in one. The dogs have a great time and their minds get quite the work out. To describe the trainer Rayfield in one word – PATIENT. Wow, I wish I had even half of his patience. Professional and fun!

We rescued 2 puppies from an abusive situation. The male was aggressive and lunged and the female barked constantly at anyone outside our family. After being turned down by other trainers due to their aggressiveness and failing an interview at the boarding facility we use for our senior black lab, they recommended Ray at Align K9. In only 5 sessions, these pups are walking properly on leashes, calmly sitting when Ray visits, eating out of his hand, hopping in and out of the car on command, and walking confidently around our pool. These pups were terrified of these things before training. We are amazed that we can confidently walk them by joggers and kids playing and they sit by our sides! There is still more work to be done, but we’re beyond pleased with their progress! Everyone told us we should consider giving them up. Ray gave us hope.

We have come along way with our 5 month old Black Lab, rethinking what we say and how we do things has been an ordeal but totally makes sense. Thank you for all your help!

I recommend Alpha Dog Academy almost daily to people who need assistance with their pets. Rayfield is a life saver … literally! When the public comes to me, they’re often at their wits end and ready to relinquish their dog to a shelter. After I calm them down and tell them that Rayfield is on his way, the real magic happens. He’s been able to put peace back into homes and keep families together. That is critical in our line of work. Rayfield jumps at the chance to help any animal, even if he’s not going to be compensated. He’s constantly helping animals in need. You can call him day or night and he’s there to help! Everything! Rayfield is truly a Dog Whisperer. I needed some help with my new puppy who was out of control. He needed a lot of work. I was worried that no one would be able to correct his bad behavior. As soon as I met Rayfield I knew he was going to be able to help me. He is extremely smart and knowledgeable. Not only did turn my puppy into an Angel he also taught me a lot of things. I was responsible for a lot of the bad behavior my puppy was doing. He has a saying that I love and say all the time. “Train Them, Don’t Blame Them” I highly recommend him.
